Horrible location. Last week went in for copies and a notary. Employee ignored me for 20 minutes and walked out to go to lunch without saying a word. Ultimately no Notary available. Had to drive an hour to a downtown location at the last minute fighting rush hour traffic to get what i needed and barely made it to the courthouse on time. Today went to the location to ship a return package to Amazon and send an urgent medical envelope. Employee was literally sitting on the counter texting when I walked in. She said I can't help you the computers are down. I said are they down everywhere or just here and she said everywhere company wide. I drove back home and called the corporate office and they said they're not down. Called 2 other UPS stores and they said their computers are working just fine. Before I left the store I asked for an envelope to send in. She gave me an express envelope. I read on the back it says for express only and not for ground or regular. So I went back inside and said ma'am it says this is not for regular shipping and the girl said it's fine you can send whatever you want in them. I said ma'am this is an urgent medical shipment I can't afford for it to come back or be rejected and since your computers are down it's already delayed and she said it's fine and went back to texting. This location doesn't have computer services or a working public copy machine and the last 3 times I went for a notary they couldn't do them. How is this place in business and why wont UPS corporate do something about this? I'm not kidding when I say the employees don't care and there's no training or accountability whatsoever not to mention the store doesn't look good at all.

This is the closest UPS store to me and sometimes I'm in and out, other times there's a line that takes forever and there's usually only one person working. I called on Tuesday asking about notary services and they told me the person would be in at 10am on Wednesday. I go in on Wednesday at 10:15am and was told the person left due to an emergency and they didn't know when they would be back. The worker suggested going to a different location.
I found that incredibly inconvenient as I waited to do a service to ultimately have to go somewhere else. I understand having an emergency, but when you literally work one day a week, it's pretty wild that you had an emergency less than 15min after your shift started, no one knows when you'll be back, and no one else there was able to do it. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. UPS needs to do better with their staffing.

Ok, trying to figure out something? So if UPS can deliver an over sized box to my house with damaged goods that needs to be sent back. Why can’t the store accept the over size box?? So are the employees lazy or don’t want to deal with it considering we just moved this over size box. Why are you directing us to go to the warehouse hub location when they don’t even have a customer location drop off at the warehouse? This store is absolutely the worst. Your district manager needs to be contacted and the employees here all need to be retrained and educated on what the warehouse can take especially since we have wasted time and gas money on this BS.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 just to find out absolutely nothing can be done. You guys all suck at that location.

UPS Stores are on some more BS. They will send you an email to let you know they provide the convenience of shipping without a preprinted label. Then when you get there, they now want to charge for tape.
Make up your mind UPS. Are you now offering more convenience and better customer service, or still a pain in the donkey? I’m not even sure if your reputation has recovered from the 90’s, when you would just toss boxes around and break peoples’ items.

This is the worst UPS store I’ve EVER been to. They’re always understaffed and the service is very slow even when there’s 2 ppl. 90% of the time there’s only 1 person servicing the customers, even if there’s 3 ppl working.
