  I accidentally didn't attach the right labels on an amazon to return and didn't realize it until after I left and was on to a scheduled appointment. When I called this location, the agent was so helpful and told me she would go pull it out of the bin for me and hold it until I was able to come back with the correct labels. Turns out I called the wrong location and this very kind employee used caller id to call me back so I knew that I had called the wrong location and was still able to remedy it. Such great service especially considering I wasn't even originally at that location.

  I used UPS Store 5620 at Cave Creek Rd and 101 to mail documents. When packaged arrived at its destination, the envelope was torn open on three of the four sides. I reported this to Monika at the Cave Creek Store. She took ownership of the problem and submitted a report. Really appreciate her taking responsibility of this issues as the envelop was in tact when leaving her store. Staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. I will continue to use this location as staff knows their stuff.

  Very happy with the service! Monika was courteous, professional, and ensured everything was handled quickly. The whole process was smooth and fast. Definitely recommend this place!
