  I’ve used UPS Store for a lot years (4727 E Bell Rd). Used this morning and realized how lucky I am to have people there that make everything easy, fast, and pleasant-CONSISTENTLY! Today John and Andrew helped. In and out in no time. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

  These guys are the best! John, Ray, and Jason - thank you for your help, friendliness, and customer service! Offering to help me, cutting a box down to size, and taping the box without charging me was amazing! I will come to your store from now on! Thank you for also reminding me to take vitamin C and drink water to feel better - very kind people at this store! This kind of customer service is rare these days - positive and happy people! 😁👏🏻

  Andrew, Jason and Jake are the best! We have a PO Box there and they always greet me with a smile and my packages ready to go. I also use their shipping and notary a lot for work and they are so helpful and easy to work with this is the best UPS store I have ever used.

  Andrew at UPS was incredibly helpful with my Amazon returns. He was patient, professional, and took the time to explain the process clearly. Not only did he make everything quick and smooth, but he also shared a helpful tip that saved me money on return shipping. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely looks out for customers like that. Highly recommend working with Andrew if you get the chance!
