  Packages left here are frequently not checked in, and are sometimes left at adjacent stores which is not very secure.

  Bunch of theft have lost 8 packages in 2 month at this location . We dorp of 20 and 1 goes missing. We will be having the customers call UPS and report the theft

  I rented a photo booth for my wedding it was delivered by UPS, and had to be returned the same way. In order for it to be returned, I have to be home all day between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to wait for the UPS driver to pick up my package. I literally sat in my living room the entire day to make sure I didn't miss them, but I still received a notification from the photo booth company (at 5pm) saying that UPS notified them that nobody answered the door. I then was responsible for carrying the heavy box down three flights of stairs to my car and driving it to UPS myself. I don't like to complain or give bad reviews, but I was highly upset with the way they handled this. They never came and I had to go out of my way to do their job. I took off work to make sure I was home for them to pick it up. The company would have charged me $75 per day that the machine wasn't returned, so of course I was going to make it happen. I just wouldn't have waited around all day if they weren't going to pick it up. I have never had such a negative experience with UPS, and I hope this is a one-and-done situation.

  Love the people here love the fact that mon-fri They are open till 8pm every time I've gotten there at 7:55 pm they were always good to me about my amazon returns. I highly recommend this ups store!

  This location is so inconsistent. Some days they don’t even bother opening. No notary at this location. They finally put a sign on the door regarding that issue. It’s 8:40am now on a Thursday. The door says opening time is 8:00am but the place is locked up tight no one stirring inside. At least 10 other customers have walked up to the door in the 10 min I’ve been waiting here. Most leave. I’m not here by choice. I’m doing a return & the vendor requires using UPS. I would never pick this store location again. I guess I will go find another location to drop off my package. All other customers have left. I’m the only idiot still hopeful they will open soon.
