  Greedy greedy franchise owners. They charge $4 to print one paper. Who knows what else the charging like crazy. Stay away from this ups store.

  I just left this establishment right now and I had the rudest service from a person named Danny or Daniel. It was probably a fake name he gave me but I'll find out tomorrow when I call and ask for a manager because this guy was so awful at his customer service manners. My issue was not resolved whatsoever but before I could even finish with my question he just blurted out with "yeah there's nothing I can do for you" ...... He asked me where my receipt was for the amazon return order that I took in on the date of April 3rd 2026 in order to assist me with my question and I told him that the lady never gave me one and he puts his hands up and said, well, there's nothing I could do for you, not even trying to help me out ...And not even trying to resolve my situation , basically sending me out the door with no answers in such a rude , disrespectful way. He probably didn't give me his real name because I told him he didn't need to be mad at me for asking a simple question about something that I walked in there to return. It's not my fault that the lady didn't give me a receipt last friday when I went. I do not work there... that is not my job to give myself a receipt.... One should have been issued out to me and maybe I wouldn't be in this situation that i'm in. But he was so nasty and rude and mad because he was working and the lines were kind of long , but it is not my fault that he chose that job. I work in retail and customer service and that is not a professional way to treat customers.

  I had such a wonderful experience at UPS today thanks to Debbie, she helped my daughters and me! We were all learning how to send certified mail for the first time, and she went above and beyond to guide us through every step. She was extremely helpful, patient, and kind, with the brightest smile that made the whole experience so positive and stress free. She truly turned a new, unfamiliar task into a great experience for all of us.

  I had the best experience at this UPS location today! I was feeling a bit overwhelmed getting my tax documents ready for mailing, but Debbie helped me and was a total lifesaver. She was incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. Such a sweet soul—she definitely deserves a raise for the amazing service she provides!

  Every Friday they close 1 hour and 30 minutes before the actual time that they have in the front door. Nobody is inside, I am not sure if the employees just wanna leave early on a Friday afternoon. Three times this has occurred, I make the trip but it’s closed early without any notice.
