  I used UPS shipped bag home, on screen correct address in store of 42B at 01507, Yet, I should've stayed to see actual S. label, because Staff couldn't get B added to 42(B), and sent it without it. No receipt with address, nor on tracking. 50lb package now at wrong address, and UPS Store refuse to take ownership for their mistake, or Fix their issue. Get it yourself via store clerk! Full 🛑 don't use UPS store to ship your stuff they are 3rd party of UPS and fully don't care about your items. UPS doesn't recognize the stores as UPS. UPS says store issue. Get my package to my house!

  Went into the store this morning to the location on 24th St. and baseline UPS there was a girl with black hair with glasses very very rude to me. Went up to the woman this morning and told her I was here to print out a paper from my email. She just hand me a email to send the stuff to. I sent the email to her I said ma’am, I sent it to you and she responded. Was my computer is not open. Give me a minute and she continued to scan some items in why I was standing there and she didn’t. She told me to stand in lying when there was no one inside and I said what line I was already here. She said you have to stand in line after I already done sent it to her very rude. Never will come back to this location again I don’t know how this girl got a job at the UPS store taking care of people.

  Said they are supposedly a separate entity from UPS? Went in to get help for changing my delivery method for a package that was attempted delivery outside time frame. Blonde haired lady said they can't help, because they are separate entity.
