I get that Its Sunday and you want to go home but when I show up 5 minutes before the posted closing time and the gates are closed lights off and the door is locked, you just waisted my time. I used to work retail and we closed at 10pm meaning we offered out help until 10pm not ~9:45ish. Bad service.
