  Saved my bacon! I had been putting off doing my mother's Memorial programs and nearly ran out of time. The young lady, hearing when I had to have the programs, printed them up for me without making me have to come back the next day which would have been the typical wait time. I'm so thankful to her. They looked beautiful. 😍

  Just tried to return something three minutes after I bought it and the most they would return it for as half what I paid for it. Another reason that this place will probably be out of business within the year. Why would I shop anywhere other than Amazon and not deal with stupid stuff like this.

  The service at this location was terrible. The printing project was promised in a day or two, received it a week later, and the printing project was horrific!!!! They still charged me no discount for the late order, or comping the incorrect project.

  I came in an hour and a half before closing and needed a very simple print job it was a color wiring diagram that I wanted blown up to 2 pages of standard paper tall and 3 wide and the 1 girl working in the copy/ printing area starts telling a guy that walked up behind me that she was having a problem cause she lost a file or something ..she had him come around the counter to show him something...at this point she asks me if I needed something printed to which I said yes half way through me saying yes she starts talking to the guy about his file again so I waited ...and after 15-20min of standing there asks me again if I need something printed to which I said yes.....than without even asking what it is I need printed tells me if you need it today than I can't do it ....why not say that right away or maybe one of the other employees could have come over and printed it ...instead I stood there til 8:00 which was when the next print shop closed....it was maybe a 10 minute print job I needed and a 5 minute drive to the next place....they probably could have printed it for me had I just drove past Staples to begin with ...I guess I'll find out tomorrow morning
