I had to redo a passport photo done at walgreens and i showed gentleman here the bad photo from walgreens that wasnt accepted for a comparison and he took my photo and was nice enough to double check the old against this new one and it was accepted. When I handed over my ID for verification, instead of handing it back to me directly, the staff member just placed it flat on the counter and didn’t return it to my hand. It's a small detail, but it makes a big difference in terms of courtesy and attentiveness. Just handing the ID directly back would be a more respectful and professional gesture. I hope Staples can consider this small but important upgrade in their customer service approach.
