  Very frustrating experience today. I arrived around 5:40 PM and the store closes at 6. I only needed to print 5 pages. An employee first told me to use the self-service printer, but those only use regular paper and I needed thicker paper, so I waited in line. He finally helped me around 5:50 PM, and I explained that I had already emailed my documents and just needed the 5 pages printed. He told me he couldn’t print them because the store was “closing in 5 minutes” and that he could only place an order instead. Printing 5 pages would have taken less than a minute, especially since the documents were already there. I arrived well before closing and waited in line, so being turned away for such a small request felt pretty ridiculous. If employees stop helping customers 10 minutes before closing, then the store shouldn’t advertise that it’s open until 6. Very unhelpful service.

  The “print shop” is incapable of handling anything larger than a 32gb flash drive for printing, and the behind the counter “print shop” wouldn’t be able to get my prints complete for over 24 hours. Absolutely ridiculous in 2026.

  The lack of professionalism at all levels is mind blowing and makes my stomach turn as a small business owner. I asked for a simple double sided flyer-called to verify-was told by the print department "if thats what you ordered then...yes." Guess what...? DING DING DING its 1 SIDED. I Then had to wait while they fixed their mistake (no problem) then im greeted with a Kid sliding ovwr the counter saying "Haha-Sorry your having a bad day bro" as he botched my number 5+ times. This level of incompetence and unprofessional is beyond inexcusable. I'll stick with VISTA PRINT.
