  I wish I could give negative stars. This company was apparently sold from Sparkletts to primo and ever since then service is an absolute joke. In their attempt to automate everything customer service is nonexistent. My order has been wrong ever since the new company took over and at other times doesn’t arrive at all. When I ask for a special deliveries since they missed it, there is zero attempt to make things right and want me to wait until the next delivery and go without water. Once again today, the delivery did not come so I tried to call and and was repeatedly sent to their automated survey to ask how my phone call went. No one answered and there was no conversation so how can I give a survey on a call that never happened. However, they are intent on having me do their survey, but will not take the phone call. I’m canceling my service and will start having water delivery Via Instacart or one of the other numerous delivery services available currently. I would pay triple the amount to use any other company than Primo. I could go on and on about multiple other complaints but anyone looking for water delivery should use anyone else other than this company. I would even walk Miles and carry water on my back before I pay them another dollar.

  Primo Water Refill services have let us down for the second time. They have failed to provide water service to a paying customer, missing two scheduled visits already. Out of concern for retaliation, I will not mention our company name. Our lead admin spent over four hours of her day making repeated calls to reach their customer service team who were nearly impossible to contact and very rude once reached. They committed to sending an emergency refill today due to our office being completely out of water. To ensure enough water, our manager even stopped filling her own 5 gallon water bottle in order to save water for our clients. We called again today to confirm service, and were reassured it would arrive. Our admin even sacrificed her evening, staying until 6 pm to ensure the delivery arrived. But with low expectations, they outdid themselves and did a no call no show. We are now looking for a new water service provider one that actually cares for its customers. I would leave 0 stars if possible.
