  Absolute appalling behavior from delivery driver at this location. Third day in a row a delivery was marked as attempted, and the driver did not even attempt to knock on my door. My family’s at home with dogs who would respond if someone actually knocked on my door. It’s quite ridiculous and such a shame your employees are this spiteful for no good reason. Something must be done. Will continue to attempt to file complaints until someone from FedEx shows some type of interest or consideration for the customers that are forced to deal with them.

  If I could do less than 1star I would.. This location is ridiculous. I drove 25 min because my managers package got held here, I took my ID and proof of address. I waited in line for an hour just to be told since I don't have an ID with the name of the recipient It could not be released to me. However, their policy states to have and/or address, which I had proof of address. He suggested being sent a photo of the recipients ID. After being sent the photo via my manager, I then waited in line again for another 30 min. Just to get told by the manager this wont work, i calmly showed her the documents i had, with the proof of address and highlighted how this is in conjunction with Fedex and store policy. She still refused saying " since you don't have a physical id with your managers name on it I cant release it to you" I explained the situation, he is out of town, the package is scheduled to go back tomorrow, and a reshipment or me picking it up is what would work, pragmatically I asked "what options do we have for the package to be released" , she replied "you have zero options". She had Zero interest in helping. Now my $600 power cables are being returned to an Ebay center because fedex does not know how to hire competent employees.

  I recently had an unpleasant experience at a FedEx location due to the behavior of one employee. She was wearing an AirPod during the interaction, which gave the impression that she was not fully engaged or attentive. Communication was minimal, and the overall service felt unwelcoming. At the end of the transaction, I made a polite remark, saying “lovely” in reference to the service, and was met with a noticeably hostile look. This reaction made the interaction uncomfortable and left a negative impression. I understand that everyone has off days, but basic professionalism and customer courtesy are important. I hope management can address this to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.

  I had a package sent overnight from Myrtle Beach, SC to me in downtown Phoenix. It was delivered yesterday just before I got to work. I called and spoke a customer people yesterday. Both were. I’ve yet, in the end could not me get the package delivered. I went by FedEx Ship center today and Sophronia could not have been more helpful. I have the package and I just wanted to recognize how nice and professional she is.

  There was a gentleman and a lady that was at the front desk last night (2/23/26). They were so kind and helpful. Fantastic team!
