- JCJohn CallahanJan 8, 20261.0Got a quote for a simple label job and SPECIFIED the size I needed. The quote came to me quickly and I approved the price of $38. When I arrived to pick up and pay, the label was was too small. I indicated that my EMAIL stated clearly the size I needed. I left and they said they would redo the label. 40 minutes later I get an email saying the price went from $38 to $177 which is INSANE. Do Not use this store - they clearly do not know that you need APPROVAL to increase a price that was already approved. No wonder they have a LOW rating. Stay Clear!

- JQJuan Carlos Castro QuinteroMay 31, 20251.0The lady attending shipping area need an intensive training on customer service and basic polite maners, she does not even said Hi when I enter into the store, she completelly showed with her body language that my presence in the store bothered her, I did not got her name, she was rude, Fedex store normally are attended by polite and profesional staff, that lady has no clue that she was hired to PROVIDE A SERVICE to people that pay for it, dont know her name but another shopper will findout. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

The manager helped me and was very kind and patient. The posters and flyers turned out fantastic. The other employees that checked me out were friendly and professional. I will be returning to this store in the future!
