Waited all week for an expensive package, and they deliver the parcel key to the wrong unit. Total loss. There goes a few hundred bucks nobody’s gonna pay for. Whoever in my complex received my package just kept it.

They held my package now I have to pick it up cause their carrier isn't competent enough to deliver it to my apartment complex for some reason. There's a reason I chose for my package to be delivered to me. They don't want to do their job.
Edit: when I picked up my package they didn't even want to do they're job there. Lazy manager and completely incompetent. Can't listen to instructions and was very rude. I'm not surprised by their disgusting behavior.

I have literally had a package locked in my mailbox for two weeks now. I told them the lock was broken and I could not get my package out and they have done NOTHING about it. Also, they don't answer their phone. Considering never ordering anything online via USPS ever again. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life.
