The guy at the counter pressed through buttons without asking, including declarations of fragility and liquids. Not acceptable, terrible service. Also pressed the courtesy button for himself without asking.

I walked in for a passport walk in and was told I would not be able to drop everything off because I didn’t have an appointment. The website said there are walk ins available and the other person there doing their passport also walked in but apparently I was the only one getting denied.
