I always have a terrible, uncomfortable experience when I’m attended by the old man with gray hair. He’s very invasive and condescending. A few months ago, my sister and I wanted to buy an international stamp and asked where she was sending it to. That is none of his business but he kept pressing for an answer. He stared at her as if she was doing something wrong and my sister just said “Why does it matter?”. He just kept being weirdly smug and condescending for no reason. Then when we tried to pay he purposefully canceled the transaction as I was tapping to pay to embarrass me but it was obvious he was trying to be rude again. The most recent experience my sister had was when she was trying to change the address on a package, he looked at her annoyed and said “While it’s in transit?” in a rude tone, she just walked away and went back to the line instead because she didn’t want to deal with his strange behavior. She was attended by a lovely associate who was able to attend her kindly and edited the address right away, and the package arrived the next day. When he called for the next customer she also didn’t want to go up to him because she said “I’d rather wait for one of them” referring to the two ladies working there. I don’t understand how this man is still working here, he’s had many complaints for months and acts as if asking for one simple thing is such a burden to him.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the level of service I received from an employee named David during a recent visit. David was noticeably unprofessional and appeared visibly upset about having to scan in packages. His attitude made the interaction uncomfortable and gave the impression that assisting customers was an inconvenience rather than a basic part of his role. I understand that postal work can be demanding, but professionalism and courtesy are essential in any customer-facing position. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers receive the respectful and efficient service USPS is known for. Tyanna and Chris are Extremely helpful and polite with Amazing Customer Service TEN STARS . Will also be writing another 5 star rating for only them ! David really needs to be retrained by Tyanna and Chris how to be helpful and polite without an attitude .

Came here to take passport photos, they didn't match the guidelines on the government website, so went back for a refund. The lady that took the pictures got all offended and acted unprofessional, didn't even want to listen, just because we are trying to be cautious and avoid any potential issues. The government website states that the pictures can't have any tint, ours had a blue hue. It also states that it can't be digitally scanned. The post office only provides physical copies. She said herself that if there's any issue, we can get a refund, but proceeds to get upset when we did just to be safe. After all, it's not cheap. $30 for 4 pictures.

This is the worst post office I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I just filed a complaint directly with USPS. My carrier never attempts to deliver to my front door if the parcel locker is full or the item too large. They leave a pink slip in the box saying it will be redelivered, then it isn't. Most of the time, I'm not able to schedule redelivery on the website either. I work full time which doesn't allow me to get to the Post Office until weekends, since they close so early. Often my packages are NEEDED items, like groceries, that are delayed for zero reason other than an unwillingness to do their job. Earlier this year, yet another package of mine was undelivered and set to pick up. When I came to this location, the woman working the desk couldn't find my package and told me she couldn't do anything else. I had to continue to push and show that USPS website said my package was at this location for her to even attempt bare minimum assistance. I eventually received an email from Richard Smith regarding the issue. He did not reply to any of my emails. One day, my package showed up on my doorstep without any notice, well after hours. Around 9 PM. Didn't receive any further communication.
