One mail carrier that services my neighborhood has been intentionally losing and withholding my mail due to discrimination against me. Note: withholding mail is a federal offense punishable by time in jail. This person would not even place the Wednesday coupons in my mail. They intentionally lost my vehicle registration, my title, my insurance docs, all scanned into the mail system. I could preview photos of on “my informed delivery” a service provided by USPS but yet interestingly enough the mail never made it to my actual mailbox. I’ll see you in court.

The service we received from Lacy was friendly, professional and efficient. The entire experience was pleasant and we left feeling confident our passports were completed and would be processed in a timely manner. We appreciate the genuine care provided by Lacey, Keisha and Robert. We highly recommend the Shaw Butte Post office in north Phoenix for all your USPS services !

- JHJay HernandezSep 19, 20251.0I had a passport appointment made today, had all my documents ready and I get there and a woman who didn’t speak a word of English was there getting a passport and she didn’t have anything ready, the post office gentleman literally did everything for her when he should have sent her home and take care of the people who are prepared. Instead he chose to do all of it while I waited and my appointment came and went. I had to leave because I had other arrangements. This so unprofessional. Get your priorities straight, there’s a reason why you have to have everything ready. It’s B.S.
