I went this location looking to pick up mail that was placed on hold due to me not having a mail key, I was speaking with a Hispanic older lady who began to tell me that my mail boxes don’t belong to them and that I needed to reach out to my HOA and they can’t do anything but that I need to get a locksmith to come out and repair it as the conversation goes on a “ supervisor “ who was a person of color who stated she didn’t work at this location but the location on buckeye and she was just filling in begins to chime in our conversation with a loud tone in her voice and serious attitude problem that i seriously don’t know how she was promoted as a supervisor because her costumer service skills are poorly lacking I have never been treated so rudely by a employee let alone a SUPERVISOR I was shocked by the lack of communication and answered they provided this Woman just kept repeating “ I don’t know what to tell you, you need to pay a locksmith to come out and fix it. Mind you I had put my mail on hold and was sent from the buckeye location to this location because the post office on buckeye was sending all the mail back that didn’t belong to them. I also want to add that I did not get this supervisor name so I’m just going based of description a older Africa American woman with black curly hair medium length who stated to me “ she told SHE is no longer holding mail because people have been taking advantage of the put on hold like excuse me that is not your call to make she began to state her other co worker who is also a supervisor she told him to not hold mail either. I am in the process of getting my mail box situated but I am a single mom who needs every penny so putting my mail on hold just seemed okay until I could come up with the money to get a locksmith to come out and fix it. To whom it may concern I’d take a serious look at this “ Supervisor” because apparently SHE SAID SO she’s not holding people mail anymore. This supervisor was horrible, rude to have a attitude like that while working In the post office is crazy have you never heard of hospitality. I do want to also note that her voice was so loud it caught the attention of every other customer which made me feel so embarrassed and uncomfortable. Needless to say this post office lacks professional supervisor and they just don’t seem to care at all about helping you at all. The answer I got was “ Call a locksmith” didn’t even try to see if my mail was there NOTHING NO HELP . SUPERVISOR that works on Buckeye but was helping out the south mountain branch definitely needs to be spoken with about hospitality or just quit your job if you want to give people so much attitude.

They didn't even attempt to redeliver my package let alone try to deliver it in the first place i was sitting in my living room with my screen door open and wrote the pink slip then after I requested a redelivery they set it to pick up, it's christmas time and I work and the odds they just try to send it back are high, this is the worst usps in the country

I absolutely despise that this has to be the location for me to pick up packages. Firstly, USPS never leaves delivery notices when they can't deliver a package. After hours of trying to find where I had to go to pick up my package, I found this to be the location. The people here are so rude though! There was an older man in line who was having trouble holding himself up with his cane, so he was leaning on the counter& the bald guy who works here came up & started harassing him asking if he's cutting in line. He was just using the counter to lean & support himself. I noticed once he got to the front the lady was refusing to assist because she said he was cutting the line, which was NEVER the case. They were insanely disrespectful. I felt so bad for the treatment that man endured

Cluster mailboxes being left open by mail carriers and mail being stolen resulting in thousands of dollars lost
