I'm a little late writing this, but toward the end of last year, I had a mailbox-key issue at my business. The manager, I believe his name is Ben (sorry if I have this wrong) was wonderful on the phone, and when I stopped by, everything was ready for me. I appreciated the kindness and respect that made coordination easier. I hope he gets credit for his efforts for this branch.

I have had zero issues shipping mail or packages with this post office. Like many Government services such as the DMV, I’ve had to wait in line longer due to customers terrible attitudes and remarks towards employees who had tried their best to assist and assure the customers despite just the worst behavior from people supposedly seeking help when it seems like they deserve to be fed with a golden spoon upon a throne. I’ve seen patience from the employees and supervisors that made me question if I myself could hold myself together. Ya’ll are incredible at the Sunnyslope Station, keep it up!

Why do you have ignorant and immature people like this working for you? She talked to me crazy, she was incredibly rude. I am a paying customer, she told me she was going to get a manager, and then she proceeded to stand behind the manager, making faces and doing dances and stuff while he was trying to apologize for her behavior. How utterly embarrassing for him, to just display the fact that he has absolutely no control over his staff. She just put that on full display! How embarrassing for you, Sir. GET SOME CONTROL ON YOUR EMPLOYEES… THE COMPLETE AND TOTAL LACK OF DISRESPECT THAT SHE HAS FOR YOU AS A MANAGER IS ON FULL DISPLAY HERE. BE EMBARRASSED!

This was my second visit to this post office, both times due to too small of a receptacle at my mail room. Went through the service desk the first time without any issues and hardly any wait despite a long line. The second time was today and a huge shout out to Frank!! I called in worried about my missed delivery as it was live ladybugs and he went above and beyond offering to wait after hours for me to get there to get my package! Frank is an absolute angel.
