- CCCAM2 days ago5.0Um I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I came here and had the most Informative and most pleasant experience . From now on I will literally be driving 15 minutes and would be willing to wait for service here over the shaw brute office which is less than 5 minutes from my house EVERY SINGLE TIME . Jonathan was fantastic to be helped by and he was able to answer all my questions. This office is clean , staff is courteous and it's well stocked even with 2 to 3 staff members on a busy Saturday. They apologized for my wait even though I stood there for like a minute. I Can update once the service I requested takes effect to confirm if there were any issues but I'm doubtful there will be any .

He stated if anyone else has an orange card(pick up) I can help you. I approached stating I didn’t have the card but I have a confirmation number. He proceeds to tell me that a confirmation number will not help him. He needs a tracking number as I pull up the receipt from USPS it clearly states confirmation number. He is very irritable and it’s uncomfortable. My second experience with him, correcting me before I make a mistake and just over sharing the thoughts in his mind that are not friendly. I can tell that he is super at his job but the customer service piece could use a little bit of work. I work at a medical field where it’s constantly busy and chaotic, but it does not give excuse to be short or unkind to anyone that walks in your establishment
