Workers are extremely nice and helpful! Manager was even apologetic for the wait while helping someone! Very kind staff never make sending packages an issue!

I understand why this location has such a low rating. If I could give zero stars, I would!!! My package was definitely delivered to the wrong mailbox. After many calls, they finally sent an employee to retrieve it. When she arrived, she smelled strongly of marijuana, which was very unprofessional. She insisted the package she delivered was in a white envelope, but the seller always ships in pink or black packaging. The seller confirmed this time it was black, so I’m certain the package was misplaced. The employee gave conflicting information about when she had been here, which was confusing and unhelpful. I decided to drive to the post office. When I arrived, I spoke with an employee named Jasmine who was rude and dismissive. It wasn’t busy, yet she neither greeted me nor apologized. I asked to speak with the supervisor, Giovanny, who only wrote a letter for my seller, which I had already done. He did not offer to help me file a complaint or provide any further assistance. This post office needs to improve customer service significantly. Delivering mail while under the influence is unacceptable. I received no apology from anyone, and Jasmine’s attitude was unprofessional. She should be reassigned if she does not want to deal with customers. I came in right when the office opened, so there was no excuse for the poor service. If employees are unhappy working here, they should consider finding another job. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I am filing a claim online. The employee who delivered my package was wearing reading glasses and appeared unable to properly perform her duties, as she delivered packages to the wrong mailboxes or addresses. She should not be allowed to continue working under these conditions.

Awful service from Bradley. He did not respond to my questions, gave me a hard time to just switch addresses. He is not professional and does not know how to communicate and work with people. He should not be allowed to treat people the way he does. This is the worst USPS service I have experienced EVER ! If I could this location deserves no stars.

Poor service. Very condescending attitude. Three people at the counter but only one helping customers, the others took turns saying "we'll be with you shortly" or "thank you for your patience" but seemed to just mostly be standing around otherwise.
