I don't leave reviews unless I have something great to say, or a business is causing actual harm. Someone from this USPS location is routinely stealing our mail and it is impacting our small business. We have submitted online help forms, and have gone into this post office directly to address the stealing, but are not seeing any resolution to stop this from happening over and over again. On rare occasion, we receive business checks to our home mail box. Just like any other person, we also occasionally receive gift cards or personal checks for birthdays and holidays. There are now 3 recent instances over the past year where we can see that business or personal checks are scheduled to arrive in the mail via the USPS mail previews, but they never arrive in our mailbox. We receive every single piece of junk mail shown in the previews as scheduled based on the mail previews, but do not the items that appear handwritten or personal. We have kept these instances documented and have gone into the post office to address it. The workers at this location provide excuses and no real reasons, and don't offer any solutions to stop one of their own employees from stealing. We thought it could be an issue of mail sorting from outside of Phoenix since some of the instances were coming from out of town, but it just happened again with a check that was mailed from within Phoenix. It's pitiful that this location can't be bothered to stop one of their own employees from gainfully stealing from their own neighbors. Additionally, the service at this location is terrible, as mentioned in other reviews. I needed to add someone to a shared PO Box for our HOA, and the woman helping me was about to simply dismiss me because she didn't want to take one second to research what the proper protocol was to do this. The manager just happened to be within earshot when I made my request, and stepped in to correct her and had to chastise her for the attitude she gave to him for helping her. Had the manager not stepped in, we would still be in the constant loop of trying to solve a problem but stuck with no solution. If I can't get the answers I need online, and the USPS website specifically directs customers to address their needs inside of a physical office, the employees need to be trained to answer questions and willing to do just one step above the bare minimum.

What a joke! There must have been over 20+ ppl in line with ONLY 2 employees working! Most of the employees are rude, time to retire and farm out the jobs. Will never return again. And for the employee who calls everyone “honey” they need to put an end to that.

Cashier today was totally irresponsible. I asked why my package was being charged so much, she failed to acknowledge that she charged me for a 22inch sized package for a small bubble mailer. Not to mention, rude.
