I would like to make a complaint about the relief carrier on 77th avenue I am constantly getting other people's mail And yesterday the young guy delivered my package to somebody else I am trying to track down what happened to my package but when this guy is on the route he just gives random people's mail to whoever and doesn't care This is an ongoing problem with the same person You try to call the phone number for the local maryvale post office and they never answer the phone Since when is it acceptable to just pick and choose where people's mail goes and packages that they have paid a lot of money for Ever since our old carrier Jose has been gone the service has gone downhill The work ethics of these 20 something people is ridiculous They just simply don't care The supervisors Dawn or whoever is there now needs to look into what is going on with people's mail This is not the first time this has happened

The “bilingual” guy with the curly hair hates his job and shouldn’t work here!! Worst experience ever. Very disappointed! Zero stars if I could. I truly hope he gets talked to!

If I could give this office, no stars I definitely would. I’ve had to go to this location three or four times and every time I’ve gone, they’re the rudest, most disrespectful, unfriendly people I have ever encountered throughout USPS. Today I went to ship some boxes and the young “lady“ that helped me was so arrogant, disrespectful and rude. I don’t understand why these people are so miserable, why they’re so unhappy and why they have to be so damn rude. I thought they were there to help us when we need to ship a package but every time I’ve gone in it’s like I’m bothering them. It’s your job to help us and explain the different options available to ship our package. I walked in feeling so good that I was sending a package full of love and gifts to my son and I walked out in such a bad and irritated mood. That shouldn’t happen. I could say more, but I’ll keep my words to myself because I would be typing out of anger but I will say, I will never ever ever go to this location again.

I went to pick up a certified letter. Mail carrier didn’t write the address so had to guess where to go. A very nice lady told me that I was not at the correct location and gave me the address. She said they were open til 4:30pm. Drove straight there and at 1:14pm doors locked. A very disgruntled woman said they were closed. She shut door in my face and when I asked the time they opened on Monday she said “wow” I had to speak through the door. So rude! Now I know why this location gets such poor reviews.
