I’ve had to go to this location three or four times and every time I’ve gone, they’re the rudest, most disrespectful, unfriendly people I have ever encountered throughout USPS. Today I went to ship some boxes and the young “lady“ that helped me was so arrogant, disrespectful and rude. I don’t understand why these people are so miserable, why they’re so unhappy and why they have to be so damn rude. I thought they were there to help us when we need to ship a package but every time I’ve gone in it’s like I’m bothering them. It’s your job to help us and explain the different options available to ship our package. I walked in feeling so good that I was sending a package full of love and gifts to my son and I walked out in such a bad and irritated mood. That shouldn’t happen. I could say more, but I’ll keep my words to myself because I would be typing out of anger but I will say, I will never ever ever go to this location again.

A very nice lady told me that I was not at the correct location and gave me the address. She said they were open til 4:30pm. Drove straight there and at 1:14pm doors locked. A very disgruntled woman said they were closed. She shut door in my face and when I asked the time they opened on Monday she said “wow” I had to speak through the door. So rude! Now I know why this location gets such poor reviews.

She lives directly across the street from the cluster boxes. She NEVER got the notice. I called the 800 number made a complaint and asked for it to be redelivered to the front door on the 12th. Nope, she still hasn't gotten it. Can't speak to a supervisor or postmaster or ANYONE to ask to make sure it goes out for delivery. Supervisors are supposed to check emails everyday and reply and nothing. Being a carrier myself for 28years this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! This is what gives us a horrible reputation. So disappointed in my own company.
