DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORTS. Online states 1-2 Fridays for walk ins. It is removed from their door they take walk ins. And as admitted by the staff they only take 4 walk ins a day and people come earlier than 1 and will be seen. When I asked about this they said “yeah it’s not online but we only take 4 a day” There was only ONE person in line after one before us for passport and we were told they already reached 4. When I questioned this the lady double checked with her counter parts and they hesitated and agreed with her because it was obvious she didn’t want to do it. One of the other staff was helping the ONE person before us that had a passport application and no appointment. This lady had JUST come back from break and would have had no idea they were over 4 or not if they were doing the rules of between 1-2. Removing the walk ins and lying about 4 a day goes against the advertising on the USPS website. They have broken dividers which causes a safety issue as well.

Horrible customer service. There is no professionalism, and the staff is consistently in a bad mood. When you ask for help, they act annoyed and often refuse to assist at all. I would not recommend this location to anyone—do yourself a favor and go to a different post office.

This is a good post office. Sometimes they are short on help but move people thru quickly when people are prepared. I’m in almost daily shipping packages. Satisfied with service and employees.

If I could give this office, no stars I definitely would. I’ve had to go to this location three or four times and every time I’ve gone, they’re the rudest, most disrespectful, unfriendly people I have ever encountered throughout USPS. Today I went to ship some boxes and the young “lady“ that helped me was so arrogant, disrespectful and rude. I don’t understand why these people are so miserable, why they’re so unhappy and why they have to be so damn rude. I thought they were there to help us when we need to ship a package but every time I’ve gone in it’s like I’m bothering them. It’s your job to help us and explain the different options available to ship our package. I walked in feeling so good that I was sending a package full of love and gifts to my son and I walked out in such a bad and irritated mood. That shouldn’t happen. I could say more, but I’ll keep my words to myself because I would be typing out of anger but I will say, I will never ever ever go to this location again.
