I have called and come in person to speak with them no less than 20 times over the past two months to figure out why I do not have mail delivery. I was told that I would be given a cluster mailbox and that the delivery person would call me on multiple occasions. I have received no phone calls. I was told to come in person to try to catch him before he leaves at 10am. I have meetings every morning from 8:45-10am and cannot do that, and it should not be my responsibility. This week my meeting ended early and I rushed over, arriving at 9:30am, no mail person and I was told he would call me. Of course he has not. I have opened multiple complaints online and have not received any resolutions. I had to purchase a PO box so that my mail is not lost but mail pieces addressed to our home and not our PO Box are still not getting delivered. This is unacceptable, I should be receiving my mail, I have very important correspondences that are getting lost and delayed. This is very simple and I have no idea what the issue is. Update: We received keys last week, and they do not open the mailbox. Now I have to go back and try to figure this out with people who seem to have no idea how to do their job. A nightmare.
