The gal was incredibly short and rude for absolutely no reason. If you don't want to be helpful, maybe this position isn't for you.

I have a disability so it's hard to get out of the house, and it's impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone! I have a letter I sent 11 days ago with my banking information in it as required for (my buisness) and it's late arriving and I cant get any help on figuring out where it is!

I live in Desert Hills. Not sure who is responsible for the delivery but they keep putting others mail in my box. Last week was someone else's voting ballots. Put not to deliver to correct address, the next day was back in my mail box. This has been a problem for years now.

Absolutely horrible experience. I recently moved and submitted my change of address on August 9th, it is now October 3rd. I have called and come in person to speak with them no less than 20 times over the past two months to figure out why I do not have mail delivery. I was told that I would be given a cluster mailbox and that the delivery person would call me on multiple occasions. I have received no phone calls. I was told to come in person to try to catch him before he leaves at 10am. I have meetings every morning from 8:45-10am and cannot do that, and it should not be my responsibility. This week my meeting ended early and I rushed over, arriving at 9:30am, no mail person and I was told he would call me. Of course he has not. I have opened multiple complaints online and have not received any resolutions. I had to purchase a PO box so that my mail is not lost but mail pieces addressed to our home and not our PO Box are still not getting delivered. This is unacceptable, I should be receiving my mail, I have very important correspondences that are getting lost and delayed. This is very simple and I have no idea what the issue is.
Update: We received keys last week, and they do not open the mailbox. Now I have to go back and try to figure this out with people who seem to have no idea how to do their job. A nightmare.
