Waited all day, on a Sunday, for a package only for the letter carrier it mark it as no access. The main gate was open so yes they did have access.
Also, our regular letter carrier does overtime. He does the overtime route before he delivers to us. We regularly get our mail at 6 pm or later.
The postal service has gone from bad to worse.

I can tell morale at this location is very low, and unfortunately it shows. Every employee I encountered was rude, dismissive, and painfully slow. I don’t mind waiting in line… it’s the post office, that’s expected. What’s frustrating is how intentional the slowness feels, like moving faster would be a personal inconvenience.
I watched an employee unloading the self-service drop box with what looked like total disregard for the packages inside, as if damaging them was a side quest. While that was happening, I went to drop off my own package with the clerks. There was a massive, chaotic pile of packages next to them, so I politely asked the closest employee, “Is this the drop-off?”
He just stared at me. When I repeated the question, “Drop-off, yeah?”.. he gave me a sarcastic, annoyed nod, as if asking a basic question was ruining his day. Sorry, but when the place is a mess and there’s a literal DOOM pile of packages on the verge of tipping over, that the employees seem to be ignoring, I want to be sure my package isn’t about to disappear forever.
If interacting with customers and answering simple questions is too much, this might not be the right job. I’ve been to many Phoenix post offices, and this one easily has the rudest and laziest staff I’ve encountered.
Maybe consider staying open later than 4:30 PM. Spreading out the hours could help reduce the constant, overwhelming lines and maybe even improve everyone’s mood.

Got in to transfer my mailing address and they go and change my entire familys. I specifically marked for my mail only. Even have confirm email with just my name of the application. Shame on you guys. Not to mention I had the worst interaction with the first lady at the counter. I feel like they did this intentionally because I asked for manager. This is ridiculous. Do better.

Rude staff, not helpful staff, long long lines of customers, not enough staff, staff on break during busiest time, one staff when lines are long and busiest, nasty manager, when paying with credit/debit card staff push themselves the button for evaluation of their performance and thus push excellent performance when I was going to push poor performance. So many problems with that post office.

Pauline was incredibly rude. She would not explain her statement instead she kept repeating the same phrasing and ride tone. When I explained her tone she got ruder and said I would be speaking to her manager. Which I declined as I just wanted a simple return. Completely unprofessional
