I was in and out in 3 minutes and all the employees were incredibly kind. They don’t have a self service kiosk here just FYI!

This is the worst post office I've ever been to. The customer service is nonexistent. I wanted to give it a chance and went there to send a package because it's close to my house, but the person who served me was unhelpful, lacked empathy, treated me with complete indifference, and didn't help me at all with my package. I didn't catch his name, but it was a man. Now I understand why this post office is rated so poorly; I definitely won't be going back. I hope they change the staff for the good of the postal service.

I have NEVER in my life seen a collection of such incompetent, uncaring, oblivious staff at any establishment before in my life. Mail carrier had 2 missing packages of mine on his truck that weren't delivered to me. I went in to have them "call" the carrier. 2 HOURS LATER of standing around with no one giving me ANY updates or information... they eventually forgot my name and why I was even there. I asked 2 employees for updates. Both of which were stopped by other employees who LITERALLY told them to NOT help me or get involved. NO JOKE. I heard one employee tell the one helping me "don't get involved in the conversation". I also overheard this rude Black female employee tell another employee I asked for help that "it's already been handled and he's not calling". I asked her what she meant by that, and why there is apparently information not being told to me. She rudely told me that "The carrier doesn't HAVE to answer. Come back when we open to catch him before his route". IT TOOK THEM 2 HOURS TO TELL ME TO COME BACK IN THE MORNING, WHILE INTENTIONALLY WITHHOLDING INFORMATION FROM ME AND TELLING OTHER EMPLOYEES WHO WANTED TO HELP TO STAY OUT OF IT. They had every intention of just leaving me standing there. Even the customers who were being helped felt bad for me, and could tell I was getting treating badly. 3 customers wished me luck. Now that's sad... My back hurts from standing so long.

Alex was very rude and provided inconsistent information. While waiting in line he was ranting about how rude and entitled customers are and how we treat them like “ogres”. Went to make a change of address. The other clerk, unsure of her name, told me one thing and Alex told me another. I was unable to do this online for some reason and had an awful experience with this post office location. Please train employees on providing consistent information and a smile wouldn’t hurt!
