- AAAlfredo AlvarezDec 17, 20251.0I tried to get 20 forever stamps at the kiosk, the kiosk was out and instead of let cancel the transaction I had to pay for 20 individual stamps, not what I wanted. I went to the clerk to exchange them or get a refund, the lady with a forced smile to look nice told me that are not refundable, not we are authorized to give a refund. I left the stamps at her station, contacted the credit card to dispute the transaction and I got my refund. Terrible policy and customer service.
