Don’t help print a shipping label even when the kiosk is broken. But then they make you pay for additional shipping AND address labels. Employees are really rude.

I was sent to this location from the maryvale office location due to the zipcode my letter was addressed. I paid for certified mail with a receipt return, meaning I would get a signed green card back upon delivery. I paid for this service and it was not fulfilled. The clerk was not helpful, didn't bother to attempt to even look anything up and told me I had to file a claim. Turns out the only way you can file a claim is if insurance is paid for on the claim, which also wasn't mentioned. Waste of time and money.

I have a post office box here I had my daughter’s school photos delivered to the post office and very clearly on both sides of the package it said do not bend photographs inside so what did the post office staff do? Well they bent the photograph envelope in half so that my 8 x 10 photographs were bent in half and stuffed it into my mailbox instead of providing a Package box or putting it in the back. This is routine type of work done at the post office whenever you get in line, prepare to stand there for a long time because they really don’t care at all if you want to deal with somebody who gives you the lowest rate of customer service come to this post office. I’ve literally had the African-American lady sigh out of irritation that she has to help somebody in line. She also is very prone to taking breaks when there’s a big line and saying I’m going on my break now and I heard some of the other employees talking about her saying oh she even gonna come back yesterday. She didn’t come back after a break and they just shrugged their shoulders and said Also in terms of the quality of knowledge that you were going to get if you have a question about shipping well it really depends upon how you talk to on. What kind of answer you get which makes it clear that there’s a bunch of people working there that don’t know anything. It’s very common to see employees roaming around aimlessly in the back while there’s a big long line and only one person helping at the booth. You can try to call the number listed for the post office but you won’t reach a live person so if you want to complain, you have to go there physically and you have to stand a line and wait and then you’ll be told that you’ll have to talk to a supervisor, but the supervisor is not available. This is all happened to me more than once. I’ve also had them deliver the wrong mail to my mailbox multiple times I’ve had them lose packages. i’ve experience receiving other people‘s packages and then mine and it’s basically long time employees I’m guessing you really don’t care. Maybe they’re not getting paid enough. I don’t know what the deal is, but when I worked in public service, you would be fired if you act like this, I would not wish this Post Office and their staff upon anyone

The African American lady at the front desk with the bob needs to be fired ASAP she has a bad attitude and is extremely unprofessional arguing with customers trying to kick them out like she owns the post office. I hope she gets fired! Im reporting her for an incident that happened at approximately 4:15pm on Tuesday September 2, 2025.
