If I could give us zero stars rating, I would. “Delivered, To Original Sender” is the notifications I receive because the United States Postal Service is a long failed institution that need to be defunded and dissolved completely. Period. Full stop.

I tried to get 20 forever stamps at the kiosk, the kiosk was out and instead of let cancel the transaction I had to pay for 20 individual stamps, not what I wanted. I went to the clerk to exchange them or get a refund, the lady with a forced smile to look nice told me that are not refundable, not we are authorized to give a refund. I left the stamps at her station, contacted the credit card to dispute the transaction and I got my refund. Terrible policy and customer service.

Today is December 11 2025, I dropped off a package on Tuesday afternoon December 9th and it’s been two days and still no update on tracking. The person I’m shipping to is saying “when are you shipping and do I have tracking updates” this is frustrating because it’s like you’re lying when you tell the person you shipped but they don’t see any tracking updates.

Had a package sent back after not being listed as an addressee. No big deal at first, we just put a slip in listing me as one. They delivered mail without taking the slip and currently waiting for my package to go to the UK and back to the US for the 2nd time.
