And the majority of the stuff they sell in the store they get from the dollar store in the same shopping center and charge 5 times more for it. - HMHeather McDermottOct 26, 20251.0This store is under new ownership as of this year and I was told that they would be honoring the $500 of pre-paid color copy cards I had purchased from the previous owner. I tried to have color copies printed for the past month and every time I called i was told their copier was not working. I called this morning and the associate told me they are no longer honoring the copy cards unless they are used and not new because a previous manager had been giving them out. I have purchased thousands of copies from the store over the years as I am a local Realtor, when I asked to speak with Manager, she said i would I would have to come in on monday. I then asked for her name and she said she didn’t have to give that to me. I been in customer service my whole life, that is not how you manage a situation like this. I proceeded to take my business to another local UPS store to get $400 worth of printing done. I will never go back to this store and I recommend no one does. The owners pretend to be customer service focused but they certainly don’t know how to manage their business. They are also charging more per copy than the other UPSstore!!!
