When our printers and scanners break down, we head to the UPS Store (Store 4210) on Dunlap. Anna, Isaac, and Ilya have all been helpful for any copying or scanning project—or shipping assignment—we bring them. Customers will instantly see the pride in the store that Matt and his staff have.

However, if you want to come to this location, make sure you do it at least 10 minutes before they’re closing time! This week alone (of the times I was there) THREE TIMES they have locked their doors early, up to five minutes before closing time. I got lucky one day, but watched others not get in even though it was before 6 on multiple days. They close at 3on Sunday, I pulled into the “UPS” parking and she went to the door and locked it right as I exited my vehicle @ 2:56 and other customers walked up by 2:57, but they were closed. I don’t understand what the issue is to stay open those few extra minutes, but it’s annoying. Just keep this in mind if you want to be sure you make it in time. Aside from that all the employees here have been helpful and try to get you out as quick as possible in my experience.
