I CALLED HEADQUARTERS AND CORPORATE AND I AM IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING A REFUND BECAUSE I AGREE WITH THE CUSTOMER HAVING TO CONFIRM IF THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT, BUT MY ASSISTANT SHOWED YOUR EMPLOYEE THE ADDRESS AND YOUR EMPLOYEE TYPED IT IN WRONG SO YOU SHOULD TAKE SOME KIND OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY ON YOUR MISTAKE...INSTEAD YOU PUT THE BLAME ON EVERYONE ELSE, BUT YOUR STAFF.WE ARE NOT THE ONES BEHIND THE SCREEN TYPING AN ADDRESS. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOUR REPLY AND JUSTIFY YOUR EXCUSE ABOUT HAVE 3 STAR RATINGS ON HERE AND SO MANY BAD REVIEWS. I CALLED AT 11:50 AM TODAY AND EXPERIENCED SOME OF THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM JORGE MANAGER, EDWIN MANAGER AND SOME GIRL WHO I BELIEVED GAVE ME A FAKE NAME AND SIAD HER NAME WAS LESLIE. I JUST OPENED UP A LAW FIRM DOWN THE STREET AND I WILL NEVER GO TO A UPS AGAIN. I WILL CALL CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS AND MAKE SURE I GET MY REFUND !!!

Took bad passport photos that were rejected by passport office and would not refund money. Manager was very rude and combative . I would avoid this place. But do not get passport photos done here. They will be rejected.
