I had been to a couple other UPS locations and either they were out of film or the staff didn't know how to deal with passport photos. As soon as I entered the store to ask if they could do a passport photo, she didn't even hesitate, and got right to taking my photo. Within 5 minites, it was developed, cropped and paid for! As usual, I come to this place and get efficient, professional, friendly service. I want to say thank you for your help, and will continue to be a loyal customer.

The manager was very rigid in enforcing the seven day policy for holding a package before it would be returned to the sender. I scrambled find somebody local to pick it up, and finally decided to drive two hours down from Flagstaff. When I arrived, the package was not there. They decided that since I was on vacation I wouldn’t be coming to pick it up without telling me that. It cost me a 4 Hour drive and $100 in gas to learn this. I was literally on the phone to them while driving confirming that it was there. Now the laptop is on its way back to China and I have to start over.
