    Took bad passport photos that were rejected by passport office and would not refund money. Manager was very rude and combative . I would avoid this place. But do not get passport photos done here. They will be rejected.

    Came to this location to get passport photo done. I had been to a couple other UPS locations and either they were out of film or the staff didn't know how to deal with passport photos. As soon as I entered the store to ask if they could do a passport photo, she didn't even hesitate, and got right to taking my photo. Within 5 minites, it was developed, cropped and paid for! As usual, I come to this place and get efficient, professional, friendly service. I want to say thank you for your help, and will continue to be a loyal customer.

    I just had a fantastic experience at this location. I was dropping off a package and when I walked in, I saw a long line. One of the workers noticed that I was just dropping off and quickly helped me. He showed excellent customer service by getting me in and out of the store quickly.

    This UPS store has the most patient, helpful staff in the Phoenix Metro area. Every time I come in, whether for shipping, notary, or fingerprint services, I’m so impressed with how calm, competent, and friendly everyone is, even during busy times. Truly the best!!
