Unfortunately, the employee ( older woman with glasses and yellow hair) I encountered was remarkably unhelpful. She was dismissive of my questions and unwilling to provide even basic information. This lack of assistance left me feeling completely devalued as a customer. The poor attitude and absence of support demonstrated a severe disregard for her position. I was one of two customers in the building, so there is no excuse for this encounter. No amount of training will fix an unwarrantedly negative attitude as that.

When I called back to ask why, I was told their “system was down.” Fair enough, but there’s no excuse for being rude to customers who have nothing to do with it. If this is how they act at the start of a shift, I’d hate to see how they treat people by the end of the day. Maybe some customer service training or a different job altogether would help.
