  I had a great experience with the young woman running the store by herself. She was personable, efficient and most importantly: REAL. I always appreciate people like her. Keep her please!!

  Stephanie who works at the 2030 Baseline store is lazy and a liar. She saw me coming in the store with a amazon package and walked to the back of the store. I saw her peek out to see me waiting in line she made a rude face and yelled at me from the back and was dismissive. She lied and said she was on hold with customer service. Well, what she does not know is I speak Spanish and she definitely was not on customer support and said unkind things about me THE CUSTOMER!!! In Spanish to her call. My return process involved her submitting the transaction, which required scanning and attaching the relevant paperwork. She is ALWAYS rude!! Never wants to help customers. This is the third interaction I've had with her and every time has been worse than the last. Throughout my interactions with her, her attitude has been consistently unhelpful and disrespectful. I don't want to make this about race however, I've observed that she is kinder to the Spanish speaking clients. Perhaps I should have responded to her in Spanish. Let me add there was one other customer in the store who was filling out paperwork to mail and she appeared unmotivated to assist her; also not Spanish speaking. She was not busy just unmotivated to do her job. I have heard other customers complain about her. I am just willing to put it in writing. She needs training or to be moved to a position with no customer interaction. Why take a customer service position when you do not want to provide customer service? If I could give no stars I would. Can I have corporate office.

  Ridiculous how they charge you to tape up a box! This is exactly why the reviews are already horrible!

  I hate UPS for many reasons, but unfortunately, amazon chooses to use them as a shipping partner so I have no choice. This specific location is the only location that has ever told me they will charge to tape up a small box... Unbelievable, your customer service is garbage and so is your whole corporation! I would never voluntarily use you to send anything specifically because of your unreliable service as well. Do better!

  WORST EXPERIENCE AT A UPS STORE EVER. Went in for ONE print took me an hour and by the time it sent the guy tells me”this file is not supported” ok it would have helped me if you would have told me what files were supported from the beginning or ask me what I was printing. Not to mention every time I went in they did not acknowledge me. They were ZERO HELP. Service SUCKS. Wasted an hour of my time. I work in customer service and his excuse was “well we were also busy” ok. Still no EXCUSE!
