This is the worst UPS store I’ve EVER been to. They’re always understaffed and the service is very slow even when there’s 2 ppl. 90% of the time there’s only 1 person servicing the customers, even if there’s 3 ppl working.

I think the manager or workers there are just lazy or overworked. Went for business cards a week or two ago and was told that the request would be forwarded to their manager, couldn't get concrete answers on when they were available. Called today when the manager is finally in and they redirect me to their employee who gives a ton of excuses from "the emails delete within a day, our system is down, etc, etc." Pretty obvious they just don't want to do the work. Look, I get it, everyone doesn't want to work, but I have to work, I got a business to run, and waiting on unreliable people is not on my bingo book. Ended up calling a different UPS store and they handled it immediately.

The staff is helpful and nice. My low review is because they charge $3 to print 2 pieces of plain black letter pages. That’s absolutely highway robbery.

Sold me 2 day shipping and told me that was the cheapest option to ship out. Came to find out ground shipping is the cheapest and was never offered to me. After I emailed my concern , nobody reached out . I would beware and do your research before coming into this store to ship items.
