The employees don't care about your business and make you feel as if your presence is a burden.

I have contacted UPS 800 number by phone to help and they have contacted the store many times but also have never been able to speak to the manager. My only recourse now is to contact the corporate offices because this is a franchise. The manager is shirking her responsibilities!

Later find out, she LIED to me, usps could've shipped it for $11. Will not be returning
