I came in today looking for some boxes and she took the time to show me all the options that would fit my needs and even pulled one out to show me the size. I bought 9 boxes. While she was helping me another woman came in and immediately started berating the guy at the counter asking if “the other guy still works here”. She kept insisting that he tell her if he’s still there because he didn’t know how to help her last time and she was irritated with him. The manager who helped me stepped in to deescalate the situation while I was gathering my things. She was much kinder to the customer than I would have been based on how she and the other employees were being treated. They helped her with her order and she left the store talking about how she “doesn’t have time for trainees” because she “lives in two states” or something and I was shocked at how well they all handled her. Props to this store location and the manager who was so professional and stood up for her employees. I applaud her and I hope the guy that customer was talking about doesn’t have to help her again.

I greatly appreciated her willing to work earlier than she was on the clock for. She is always so sweet. I appreciate this store and how quickly and efficiently they handle things.

The manager Monika is wonderful, staff assist patrons with heavier packages, and when needing to speak with customer service reps the on-site staff are able to explain and research and give insights. There are some things out of their control (as with any shipping/deliveries) but this location does what they are able, within reason to work with customers.
