I have been sent away on two different occasions after being told " We don't do that here." When my son takes the package in, they do process it, although the original guy in front has to ask the guy in back to process the shipment. Of 52 weeks, I am only on week 14. I hope this is the last time I get sent away. Please just train everyone, he isn't rude to me, it's just a case of you don't know what you don't know. Please train him.

The manager Monika is wonderful, staff assist patrons with heavier packages, and when needing to speak with customer service reps the on-site staff are able to explain and research and give insights. There are some things out of their control (as with any shipping/deliveries) but this location does what they are able, within reason to work with customers.
