Every time the service has been slow, and the employees have been curt and unhelpful. One time I needed to print a label for a package, and they wanted to charge $7 to print it out. The most recent example, I had an Amazon drop off that they refused to take saying it needed to be boxed by the customer when I had repacked it in the same box that it was shipped in to me. Disappointing service and multiple poor experiences.
