She came up with solutions to a shipping conundrum I had; offered to connect me with others who could help when she couldn’t, and ultimately made it happen smoothly. She directed staff like a pro on the operation even as she made sure all the other customers were attended to without having to wait. And she was all over quality control! I rarely write reviews but seeing her in action was a sight to behold. In less than an hour, they got 20 large cartons to the registers, rung up, and out the door!
