- CLChad Parker LawOct 11, 20251.0I’ve never had a bad experience at a UPS store but boy this one is not a typical store. A curmudgeon in his 60s or 70s seems to manage the place. He is gruff and rude and very open about his hatred of customers doing Amazon returns. He refused to print my label, told me UPS is dropping Amazon, and proceeded to ignore me. He was trying to figure out how to work a modern printer and was clearly struggling. Don’t offer a service if you resent the people it brings in, or maybe don’t work somewhere that requires dealing with people. This guy should be long retired somewhere far away from technology and people. I would avoid this location until they upgrade staff. I’m not sure how these small business franchise owners think they can last with bad service and people. Hopefully UPS corporate can intervene.

- MAMelissa AveyAug 6, 20255.0I use UPS quite a bit for returning Amazon purchases. I love the self serve shipping station that the store has that allows me to complete the return all on my own. On the rare occasion that I cannot use the self serve station, the employees are always very helpful. Also, Amazon always receives my returns without any issues. I used to use Kohl's to make my returns occasionally, but multiple times I had issues with Amazon receiving all of my return. I ONLY use UPS to make returns now.
