  I have had a mail box here for many years, and I am always happy with the service I get. People almost always say hi when I walk in. Recommend.

  Always so fast and reliable. I Always get a receipt and tracking number when I send something out and get a notification when my item was sent out. Thank you UPS! You guys are doing amazing!

  I’ve never had a bad experience at a UPS store but boy this one is not a typical store. A curmudgeon in his 60s or 70s seems to manage the place. He is gruff and rude and very open about his hatred of customers doing Amazon returns. He refused to print my label, told me UPS is dropping Amazon, and proceeded to ignore me. He was trying to figure out how to work a modern printer and was clearly struggling. Don’t offer a service if you resent the people it brings in, or maybe don’t work somewhere that requires dealing with people. This guy should be long retired somewhere far away from technology and people. I would avoid this location until they upgrade staff. I’m not sure how these small business franchise owners think they can last with bad service and people. Hopefully UPS corporate can intervene.

  My wife dropped a package off to the store with a pre printed label on the package. The package never arrived at the destination. I ran the tracking number to check the status. The tracking status showed the label was printed and that is all. I called the store and asked if the package was still in the store. I was told it was not and that I should file a claim against the carrier. The carrier informed me that since they never took possession, that they are not responsible. So now I have a lost package with no recourse to retrieve it. I have a video from the dash-cam showing the package was dropped off. I also left several messages for the owner David to call me. Have not heard anything.
