When the package arrived, it was a shower rod and not the computer that I asked them to package and ship. Ever since then… This was about two months ago… I have been kept without any updates or information regarding the status of this package or the status of return of insurance money that was taken out on this package. Again, this has been over two months. I have been dealing with this and no resolution or contact. I absolutely do not recommend this location at all as they are all independently franchised. This clearly is not run at all appropriately and they do not care about their customers... they do not communicate with customers at all! I would highly recommend you go to a different UPS store for all needs. They won't even return messages left or answer phone calls when you try to contact the office. Terrible all the way around. ————— Update: after posting this, the owner of the store reached out to me and offered to make it right. While it shouldn’t have needed to come to this to get information about a post package, there was resolution.

Hey didn't just check the tracking info- he actually took the time to call UPS corporate, investigate the situation, and keep me updated every step of the way. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care made such a difference. Every time I come here, the staff are super diligent, friendly, and always wiling to go the extra mile to make sure things get taken care of. It's rare to find customer service like this these days. Huge thanks to karin and the team- you've definitely earned a loyal customer!
- MCMark CusickNov 1, 20251.0We shipped 4 boxes together. UPS immediately emailed us confirmation of receiving 3 boxes and delivered the 3. The fourth box disappeared. The UPS store refused to compensate us for the loss (or theft?)... for their failure to deliver our box to UPS. Told us to be happy with $100 from UPS itself. The employee told me he'd get in trouble with the "owner" if he acknowledged the loss. Never again. FedEx.
