The employees and managers used to be nothing short of stellar. Unfortunately, absolutely not the case anymore. For about the last couple of years, particularly one employee is beyond rude, unhelpful, and condescending to the client who may not have his level of knowledge regarding returns, not to mention his unprofessional dress, phrasing, I could go on. I observed his responses to customer after customer and was astonished at his level rudeness. Albeit he could have used some help and seemed overworked but his demeanor was nonetheless beyond inappropriate. If it's a management issue then get more staff there on a Saturday morning and please offer this guy some basic training in polite customer service.
