  Horrible. I paid extra money to have my package delivered. Have been waiting for days. I was finally able to track it Yesterday and was doing so all day waiting for it to be delivered but around 8pm the tracking system stated that it wasn’t delivered due to wrong information but that is not true because the information was all correct. I called to speak to a supervisor and one called me back last night and told me my package would be delivered this morning between 9 and 10am. As frustrating as that was I could not do anything in the matter. Today a supervisor (she says), named Selena called me and told me my package was being returned to sender but that she would try to deliver it today. Are you freaken kidding me? The same sender has sent the same package contents as this package to the same address before, What is the problem? I need my package! I hate UPS.

  Not sure who trains people at this location but the older African American is always rude and not pleasant ever. The older blonde woman with the nice nails should train this guy again. He is almost as bad as the prior employee who always smoked cigarettes right outside the door. Thankfully he is gone. This guy should be also. Rude and never happy.

  (update with picture Dec 13,2025) There is a blond white lady that seem to be a manger and two bald black gentlemen that work here. The two black gentlemen was unprofessional and just straight disrespectful. And the blond older late lady just didn't care what they did. I brought my package up here to RTS. And all 3 just have bad attitudes and was really rude. They mistreat customer with their bad attitudes. I've never felt more disrespected in my life for a mistake they made. My advise is use another UPS even if u have to go out ur way. December 9th 2025 (Update 13th 2025) (I have took this package twice to this UPS. It was supposed to be returned to sender. But now after they treated me like they treated me. I firmly believe they did this on purpose. Now I have to waste time out my day for a 3rd time. To take this to UPS. If this package don't make it back on time I lose 50 dollars. This store is a joke and honestly the most unprofessional place I've ever done business)
