I just got back from deployment and was in the process of sending some care packages to a few of my soldiers who had extended. While doing so this young guy with glasses was very unprofessional, rude and an all around unpleasant person to speak with. Not sure why he chose a job that deals with interacting with others because He seems to hate his position, and has no business dealing with customer service whatsoever. Although it was really busy at the time I was there, it still doesn't give an employee the right to treat customers as bad as he did. There were a few people ahead of me and even I could over hear the employee cursing, dropping f bombs (Very unprofessional). I hate to say this because I’ve been coming to this store for so long before deploying. But I find myself avoiding this store now simply because of the unprofessionalism that this employee was displaying. I wish this store the best of luck because I don’t see many customers including myself coming back after dealing with this guy.
