  First of all how easy it is finding a location near me, then the customer experience in helping me to get the info correct to my package location, polite and welcoming staff members was just added to a wonderful experience. Thank you for making it a breez.

  I have used the store sending holiday gifts to my relative and my friend two times, found the store employees were very efficient and helpful. And the gifts were safely delivered to their addresses on time and without damages. I would strongly recommend this store to my colleagues and friends.

  I always have excellent experience to use this UPS store since I moved to this area approximately 3 years ago. It is close and the employees in the store are extremely patient and considerate. Today I went to the store to ship quite a few packages in a rush. The lady in the store handled them very professionally and swiftly. Thank you so much for making the sending packages easily.

  Limin provided a very rude customer service. I don’t mail out official documents so I came in to ask for help and guidance. And trying to ask for help. The other times I sent out an important document, they printed out on a sticker the address that it needed to go to. I asked that from Limin and she said no. She said just write it. The document was sent to me so I needed a sticker with the correct address to be on the official mail envelope. She was annoyed and sighing. I don’t understand what the problem was. I am a paying customer. She was so annoyed she grabbed a sticker that was blank and just placed it on the center of the envelope without even asking me.
