Such a great customer service experience at UPS on Bell and 29th Ave. I had some returns that were really confusing and I was stressing that I would need to drive 40 min to the store location to return them. Nigel, the manager, was so kind and accommodating and told me not to stress, he’d figure it out. He fulfilled all the returns for me without an issue. Marcus who was also working at the time was great with customer service as well. The experience was everything you’d want from anyone working with the public. I’ll definitely drive a couple min out of my way to return to this location just because of this interaction.

Nijhel and Aaron were amazing and helped me out never have done an ups drop but they were both awesome and very patient will 100% recommend this location .

Do not trust this location, they will lose your packages and cost you money and then blame you for the loss. The new "owner" does not want to help but instead cause more frustration and blame the loss of the equipment on you. Make fun of you for not owning your own business and having your account over drafted.
