  Literally the best service of my life. The new owners of this location, Kat & Nijhel, are hands down the most genuine & caring people. They warmly welcome everyone that walks through the door & really go the extra mile just for the sake of helping. If you need anything from UPS this is definitely the best location for you.

  Great staff and always a good experience here. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and they genuinely seem to get along with each other which makes the environment really welcoming. The manager Nigel is especially great, but honestly the whole team is. They’re always quick, efficient, and keep things moving while still being polite and patient with everyone. I’ve even seen them handle rude customers with professionalism and kindness. Be nice to our friends at UPS, they work hard and do a great job!

  These guys must love working at this location because every time I come in Nijhel and Kat are the most lovely people to interact with. I never know what I’m doing in a post office because I hardly ship anything, but somehow I always end up at this Location and they are always so friendly and patient with me. They go above and beyond by welcoming me in to the store and wishing me a wonderful day. Thank you guys!!!

  Such a great customer service experience at UPS on Bell and 29th Ave. I had some returns that were really confusing and I was stressing that I would need to drive 40 min to the store location to return them. Nigel, the manager, was so kind and accommodating and told me not to stress, he’d figure it out. He fulfilled all the returns for me without an issue. Marcus who was also working at the time was great with customer service as well. The experience was everything you’d want from anyone working with the public. I’ll definitely drive a couple min out of my way to return to this location just because of this interaction.
