It was a fresh breath of air walking into a place and seeing workers smile and have fun with each other and have the best customer service I have received in a while which most people don’t seem to care about nowadays. The whole staff and team Went above and beyond to make sure what I requested was taken care of, and they made me feel taken care of at the same time. I will always be sure to visit this specific store now for shipping, etc

No one ever likes to ship or do Amazon returns but they make the process so fun That you wanna go there even if you’re not shipping. 10/10 stars , UPS should use you guys as a pilot store for what the brand stands for. May I recommend you guys launching a YouTube channel……..entertainment gold.

- TWThomas WeiderDec 23, 20251.0Went in to this store to ship some Christmas presents. Needed a box, the employee brought out a box I would say was about 3x the size of the box I needed. When I said that was to big he told me it’s only 2 dollars more for that box because the big one was $18 and the small one was $16 (absolutely insane price for a cardboard box but whatever) i said well it probably cost more to ship right? He then rolls his eyes and comes out with a properly sized box and proceeds to tell me I need to pay and give him all the gifts I had and that he would take them and box them up for me (about 15 in total going to 2 different addresses) I asked to pack it all right there and he refused and said “that’s the way we do it” I grabbed my items from off the counter and told him to have a nice day. As I was leaving he yells across the store at me asking if he said something wrong then proceeded to complain to his coworker about me. Went to Home Depot got the 2 boxes I needed for $6 then shipped through fed ex for $30. Don’t waste your money here.
