  Love the people here love the fact that mon-fri They are open till 8pm every time I've gotten there at 7:55 pm they were always good to me about my amazon returns. I highly recommend this ups store!

  Store is NEVER open on time. The amount of times I have shown up at 9 am and they are closed is insane. They have their business hours on the door and on google it says they open at 8 am. Never open before 10 am.

  This location is so inconsistent. Some days they don’t even bother opening. No notary at this location. They finally put a sign on the door regarding that issue. It’s 8:40am now on a Thursday. The door says opening time is 8:00am but the place is locked up tight no one stirring inside. At least 10 other customers have walked up to the door in the 10 min I’ve been waiting here. Most leave. I’m not here by choice. I’m doing a return & the vendor requires using UPS. I would never pick this store location again. I guess I will go find another location to drop off my package. All other customers have left. I’m the only idiot still hopeful they will open soon.

  These reviews are not alarming to this company or they would change. In the past I had shipped a vintage fan to my friend with a neat pop up birthday card. It never made it. I called UPS and they said I had to have the manager assist me to file a claim. I called ahead of time & the manager said they would be there when I got off work. So I made it on time. It was a given the manager wasn't there. I just gave up after that. They don't care. Another time I mailed my friend's kid who had cancer $20 for x-mas & a card. Didn't learn my lesson & took it to this place. They received the card. The back of the envelope had been torn open & the flap folded back down. They didn't receive the $20. It was stolen. This place has been this way for years. If it was alarming to them they would make some sort of effort to achieve higher than a 3 star google review. You've been warned. If you don't want missing packages or items stolen out of envelopes-go somewhere else!!!!

  Went 3 different times and the store claims to be open until 8pm and it was closed once mid day and two times around 5-6pm. Unacceptable and poor customer service
