    Girls, women, maybe something else here are in yoga shorts or pajamas everytime like they rolled out of bed and threw on a wrinkled blue ups shirt on. And to top it off they have no shoes on the most recent time I came in! And the second employee was taking her shoes off as the first one proceeded to mutter, "going to the bathroom!" Gross, unprofessional and knowing these UPS stores are independently owned is why these things happen.

    One person in line and the employee didn't seem helpful, but apparently she was the only employee in and she was super fast and friendly when I got to the front :)

    All due respect but, some careless employee messed up on my daughters finger prints over a month ago and her new employer was about to terminate her opportunity because her background check never came back, well come to find out, the finger prints weren’t captured correctly and I had to take her back yesterday and I asked for a manager but there wasn’t any, I was upset and explained to a lady that was there, she was very nice and offered to help. The fingerprints got done correctly and received by the third party instantly and her background check was done this morning. The gentleman who helped her was a tall guy with his hair in a bun. He shouldn’t be working there, this almost costed my daughter’s job for being careless. I am still upset about this and my daughter deserves an apology.
