Very rude and arrogant set of bunches, that were very rude to my husband today and were wicked and unmannered to my little 3 years old daughter. How I wish I was there, I would have put them in their places. So unprofessional with no customer service quality.

I explained to them that they were two different returns and they didn't care. They sent everything together and there is no record of the other package that I clearly brought the day I returned everything. they treated me very poorly except for one guy, the ladies made many comments, mocking, racist towards me for not speaking English as well as another client), they were not friendly and did not want to help me (that was not their problem) was what they told me, they raised their voices and ignored us and did not take us seriously.
