I was told that without my ID, I could not pick up my package. I asked if they could make an exception, was declined. I will never use this location again. Very disturbing to say the least. No manager was available when I asked.

It’s been like that for months. It’s more than likely a landlord/who’s paying issue w/ the plumbing, but to have your store smelling like crap is unacceptable.
- SCSarah CarrilloDec 15, 20251.0I am a reseller I use third party places to sale my stuff nov 15 around 4-5 my bf took A package into this location to be shipped out which was already bagged and had a shipping label on it. It was for the USPS but the lady informed him that the package could be left there and they would take it. The package never updated and the items never got to the person that was buying them and now over a month and a week later the label has now been refunded, and the items are missing. and the USPS will not do anything about the situation because I left the items with the UPS. They said that probably seem to do UPS knew what was on the package because it’s a custom paper that was on the outside that says what was inside purses with a high value, and the UPS will not give me any footage of that day for proof that the package was dropped off, and the worker placed them in the bin or that the USPS picked up from their location. So I Believe yes, Doctor worker took the package and the UPS is refusing to do anything about it. There’s two guys Ivy and Ben that are normally always in there. I’ve never met the female my boyfriend is the only one that walked in with the package because it was raining outside and now it looks like I’m scamming her out of these items and would be out money and the items that I sold because a person that was dishonest at this location, a female that worked on Saturday towards the end of the night around 3 to 5 PM don’t trust your packages here there not safe And after they’re in their care, they will not do anything about it. All I asked to be able to see the footage, and they refuse.
