Several people came into the store during this process and Tiffany was very patient and greeted everyone. She didnt get stressed as she worked her way through the crowd.

The fingerprint scanner was not working properly, which caused delays and confusion. While a younger staff member did her best to assist and was kind and helpful, her senior colleague offered no support whatsoever. He stood by passively, showed no interest in resolving the issue, and seemed completely unconcerned about the inconvenience I was experiencing. It was disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism, especially when dealing with an appointment-based service. I expected better coordination and accountability.
