  Stephen and Felicia & Thomas went above and beyond assisting me with an awkward and oversized shipment. They were extremely kind, helpful and patient. Definitely service with a smile every time I am there.

  Very disappointed with this location. I was told there were no files on my flash drive, which turned out to be false — when I returned home, all files were still present and intact. Because of this, I was charged to email the files without being told in advance. The prints were then done incorrectly, scaled to fit the page instead of printing at actual size. Even after pointing this out, the issue wasn’t properly corrected. I’ve printed these same files at home without any trouble, so this was clearly a print setup issue. Between the incorrect claim about my flash drive, undisclosed charges, and unusable prints, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won’t be returning. Update: For clarity for anyone reading: I initially entered the store intending to print my files myself using the self-service kiosk. I was stopped by an employee and told the kiosk was down, which required that the job be handled by staff instead. I asked for files to be printed. I did not request scaling or resizing, nor was I asked to approve any layout or sizing decisions before printing. The files were assumed to be scaled to fill an 8.5 x 11 page, which is not the same as printing at native or actual size. Being told that there were “no files” on my flash drive when files were present was a significant part of the experience and occurred before any later adjustments. While outputs were shown during the visit, that occurred after the initial handling and assumptions had already been made. Agreeing to proceed in the moment under time pressure is not the same as having clear options presented upfront. I declined further engagement after the fact because the experience had already occurred. My review reflects that experience as it unfolded in real time. I’m sharing this so future customers understand the context and can decide what works best for them.

  I was sent there by the Verizon Store with a package to send back to Verizon. The person at the UPS store noticed that the pre-paid address label was for FedEx, not UPS. He went ahead and sealed the package with tape and applied the mailing label and instructed me to take the box across the street to Walgreen's which has a FedEx shipping center. It was a great experience.
