So waiting here while she helping other people. No apologies just laughed at me while I wait here. This is crazy because ever other time this happens they just scan it real quick and let me leave with my package.

My experiences here for well over 10 years now have been well above average overall. An overall 3.5 Yelp rating just doesn’t seem fair, albeit perfection with a 5.0 would be totally unreasonable. Over the years, these folks, and they’ve had their share of turnover, I experienced have done an exceptional overall service in their offering the consumer everything from shipping to packing, copying and shredding, passport photos to package acceptance and then some. Especially during Mother’s Day and Holiday Seasons. Always with a smile and courteousness. I guess people always wait for busy season, and/or haven’t got the patience to wait when its busy! Kudos to work well done.
- SASaiful AhsanOct 13, 20251.0Very bad customer service. I shipped a guaranteed next day delivery which UPS missed and delivered 3 days later. Per their service contract, they should refund the full shipping cost. I had to go to the store 4 times for it. The store manager, Mr. Enoch, took my details twice and said I will receive a check. Our last conversation was on September 22nd. As of now, I have not received any check or communication from UPS. Highly NOT a recommend store to do your business.
