My experiences here for well over 10 years now have been well above average overall. An overall 3.5 Yelp rating just doesn’t seem fair, albeit perfection with a 5.0 would be totally unreasonable. Over the years, these folks, and they’ve had their share of turnover, I experienced have done an exceptional overall service in their offering the consumer everything from shipping to packing, copying and shredding, passport photos to package acceptance and then some. Especially during Mother’s Day and Holiday Seasons. Always with a smile and courteousness. I guess people always wait for busy season, and/or haven’t got the patience to wait when its busy! Kudos to work well done.

Per their service contract, they should refund the full shipping cost. I had to go to the store 4 times for it. The store manager, Mr. Enoch, took my details twice and said I will receive a check. Our last conversation was on September 22nd. As of now, I have not received any check or communication from UPS. Highly NOT a recommend store to do your business.

At first, the employee was polite and explained their store’s policy: Amazon returns must be placed in a plain box with no logos. That was fine—I used my own plain box. She even showed me how they normally handle it at that location. Where things went downhill was when I asked for a small piece of tape to secure my box. Instead of simply helping, I was told I had to buy an entire roll of tape just to close the package. I understood the store wants to make sales, but requiring a customer to buy a full roll for two small pieces is excessive. When I agreed to purchase the tape anyway, the employee then said it was “too late” because the box already had labels and couldn’t be accepted. This made no sense, since I only needed the tape to properly seal the return. At this point, her attitude became dismissive and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I will never use this location again for Amazon returns. I hope management reviews how customer service is handled here, because the current approach drives people away rather than encouraging repeat business.
