  Hours completely incorrect on all online sources. Everything including the shipment email said they close at 5. I came before 5 this Friday and now I don't get my package for the entire weekend because they aren't transparent or updating their hours. Not to mention I already spent 20 minutes circling around looking for the place as it has zero signage. If you input the address it's not at all clear where it is. On Monday I came at 10 am one hour after open and three customers were waiting for an employee. Two finally gave up and I stayed for my package. Got coffee and after half an hour called the manager who wasn't on shift to try and get an employee. They don't keep all packages there so he has to walk across the resort to get my name then back to get the package and I finally get it in terrible condition lol

  When I arrived at the Hilton for an event, I met Angel who told me her computer systems had been down for over a week and our order had not yet been printed. She sprang into action and got our materials printed in less than a day! She kept in constant communication and made sure the product was incredible quality. I am super impressed with her service!

  This locations hours are inconsistent. They are supposed to be open Monday-Friday, 8-5 per the website and sign on door. I went to this location (that was not my choice to use) twice to get a package UPS dropped off and I arrived after 8:00am. First time, my package wasn't there because it goes through a shipping and receiving dock first, or something like that. Second time, nobody was there. I used my 1 hour lunch to drive from Scottsdale only to find out that the person had to supposedly go work another store. The employee let me know about this and I get it....most places are short-staffed these days, but someone should be there to either cover or at least put a sign up letting customers know when someone will return AND ACTUALLY BE THERE. Very unprofessional. Even if it's a day or two later that someone will return, at least people can try to plan to come back. Some of us take special time off work just to make it to places that have the same work hours as us. I'll never use this location again. It may work for some but not for those who work Monday-Friday 8-5. Most UPS locations are open on a weekend for a few hours or open until 5:30 or 6:00 one or all days during the week.

  I travel for business often and have never experienced the type of service I did from Felipe Carranza and his team. In the weeks prior to the event, he kindly informed me my packages were received ensuring he would swiftly have them in my room upon arrival. All communication was prompt and professional often presumptively addressing common questions. While at the resort he was responsive to request and easy to get a hold of. I left a note on the counter with name and phone # as I had questions. He called me shortly after ensuring packages would be picked up at the room and shipped out. I didn't have packaging tape and he kindly helped out with that whiteout having me apply any effort. I don't expect that but I greatly appreciated. I saw an interaction with him and his team and he was respectful and professional with the exchange. Post communication has been pleasant, prompt, and professional. Good well done Felipe!
