  Hours completely incorrect on all online sources. Everything including the shipment email said they close at 5. I came before 5 this Friday and now I don't get my package for the entire weekend because they aren't transparent or updating their hours. Not to mention I already spent 20 minutes circling around looking for the place as it has zero signage. If you input the address it's not at all clear where it is. On Monday I came at 10 am one hour after open and three customers were waiting for an employee. Two finally gave up and I stayed for my package. Got coffee and after half an hour called the manager who wasn't on shift to try and get an employee. They don't keep all packages there so he has to walk across the resort to get my name then back to get the package and I finally get it in terrible condition lol

  I stayed at resort for a work event and needed to use the office a lot to print every day. Angel was so helpful and kind to me. She let me borrow her stapler, and always had great conversation! ❤

  Traveled for business and needed to print out some handouts for a presentation, and I met Angel. She truly is one, because I only had an hour to print out slides for my PowerPoint and she helped me trouble shoot printing in color, using the photocopier, collating and stapling. She was kind, thoughtful and attentive. She made my business travel experience so much easier.

  Great customer service. Eddie was very friendly and was open to helping me even as the store was closing for the day. The store is kind of hidden within the hotel, you'll need to go through the lobby and ask them to point you in the right direction.
