The young lady, hearing when I had to have the programs, printed them up for me without making me have to come back the next day which would have been the typical wait time. I'm so thankful to her. They looked beautiful. 😍

I called the day the order was going to be ready to see if I could pick them up early. The guy on the phone said that there were 17 orders ahead of mine. Really, and mine are supposed to be done in 4 hours. Then a couple hours later I get a call saying they wont be able to print my order for another 5 days. And with no clear advice for being able to print at another location I just told them to cancel my order. Then found out it will take over 5 days for a refund of $16. This should not be so complicated!
