When I handed over my ID for verification, instead of handing it back to me directly, the staff member just placed it flat on the counter and didn’t return it to my hand. It's a small detail, but it makes a big difference in terms of courtesy and attentiveness. Just handing the ID directly back would be a more respectful and professional gesture. I hope Staples can consider this small but important upgrade in their customer service approach.

One in the photo section, Tim, and one in the front, Jonny. Neither greeted me or the two other ladies in line waiting to be assisted. I had to ask the lady in front of me whether someone has greeted her and she said no. Then the gentleman in photo over heard and finally stated "I'll be with you on a moment". Still after ten more minutes of waiting, I just left. I felt so disrespected and unacknowledged. The man in the front just watched from a far without offering any assistance or back up. This is not great customer service at all. Don't waste your time at this location.
