Had quite an awful experience with a 3rd party delivery service through RXO. The guys showed up and left without leaving my mattress, even though we PAID for white glove delivery! After calling for over an hour, getting disconnected multiple times and being told “rest assured” we will get a resolution, we somehow got blessed with getting a call back from Brad, the hub manager at the Phoenix location. He was on PTO and still managed to take care of us! The fact he not only called us on a day off, but made sure to have the guys re-deliver the mattress, is above and beyond! He even told us to make sure we confirm with him once we got the mattress. To go from such an AWFUL “delivery” attempt to such INCREDIBLE customer service from Brad, he TRULY turned a traumatic experience in to a happy ending. The guys even came back with a much better attitude because Brad cared enough to make sure it was smooth on both sides. Thank you Brad for caring about the customer and I hope RXO knows how lucky they are to have an employee like him :)

The WORST experience I have ever had with any service business. They delivered a fridge and a dishwasher and just left the fridge sitting in the driveway. Then the 2 delivery guys started yelling and arguing with each other and one of the delivery guys just drove the truck away with all of the tools so that the remaining delivery guy (whoi was now "stranded" at my home) just sat on the curb.
We had to wait there for 4 hours (while all of the food that I had to remove from the old fridge spoiled on the countertop) until another crew showed up.
This entire pathetic episode wasted 5 hours of my day and cost me about $600 in spoiled food.
But the low point was that these clowns installed the dishwasher incorrectly and now I have to hire a plumber to fix what these fools screwed up.

The delivery drivers themselves from today were great. The service from customer service was dog crap. I had my delivery rescheduled because "delivery was attempted" when I was in the front yard all day working on my car. No one stopped by. Then I call back and they refuse to give me any contact information for the warehouse in Phoenix because it's not company policy.
