RXO made a perfect delivery of my furniture order. The company let me know when the driver would be there and it was spot on. The driver, Leo, was perfect in his communication, set the furniture in place and took away the packing. Couldn’t have asked for a better delivery.

My experience thus far has been horrible. I received confirmation on Dec. 3rd that my delivery would be on Dec. 5th. I arranged to take off work work on December 5th. On the morning of December 4th, I received notification that my delivery would be made that day. I had to let my boss know that I would not be able to come to work on December 4th. Late on December 4th, I received notification that the delivery had been changed back to December 5th. Just a little after 12:00 p.m. on December 5th, I received a phone call that the product had been damaged and was being returned to the "manufacturer." I spent an hour on the phone with Samsung trying to arrange for a replacement. Just before 2:00 p.m. on December 5th, I received another notification from RXO that my delivery was ready to be scheduled. When I called RXO to clarify, they stated the item had never been damaged but rather their truck had broken down. The earliest delivery date they could schedule was December 22nd. It is absolutely unacceptable that I have to wait two and a half weeks to receive my item when the issue was caused by RXO. In addition, I will have had to take off 3 days of work for this delivery. I have requested to have the situation escalated to the manager. I have not heard anything back.

Do not ever deal with this company. They promise days to deliver and then don't follow through. No communication whatsoever that I was not getting my delivery on the day they promised. Then they tell me they can't even deliver the following day but will need to deliver the day after that when I am leaving town. This is why I scheduled delivery 2 days before I am leaving. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Absolutely horrible!!! Everyone BEWARE!!
