    We have been doing business with RXO for years. They have always been professional with their carriers and usually business goes well with RXO! In this case, we had the misfortune of being helped by Derek Puzzuoli. My driver arrived onsite, the load got cancelled and he did not want to issue a TONU. He was unprofessional in saying he'd take care of it the following business day and then was not in the office for the following 2 days! Speaking with my manager, we were authorized to place RXO on a temporary DNU. Carriers and drivers be cautious. It's not surprising that this location has 2.3 stars.

    The absolute worst shipping experience ever. After canceling my delivery due they claimed to disabled truck. They would not schedule redelivery for 10 days. Apparently they have only 1 truck? They can't afford to rent a vehicle to complete the guaranteed delivery? They are simply unaware of how to move freight and schedule deliveries as promised Look elsewhere. Mine was scheduled by Samsung for delivery of my purchase.

    Do not ever deal with this company. They promise days to deliver and then don't follow through. No communication whatsoever that I was not getting my delivery on the day they promised. Then they tell me they can't even deliver the following day but will need to deliver the day after that when I am leaving town. This is why I scheduled delivery 2 days before I am leaving. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Absolutely horrible!!! Everyone BEWARE!!

    Booked a load with Ahmed Hassan but then he just fell off the face of the earth. No email response, no phone calls - I tried reaching out multiple times with no luck. Left my guy stranded - a simple response would've been appreciated - I guess he couldn't be bothered to even do that. Talk about a "Carrier Procurement Specialist" ...
