- MSMichael SmithOct 16, 20231.0Genuinely don't know how they stay in business, after months of issues stemming from when we asked their driver to refrain from leaving leaky bottles and how this upset him, we chose to terminate the contract that Primo has with our clinics. As a vendor manager I have never experienced a service as unreliable. All of our clinics have been switched to another provider because we were sick of calling them every other week. If you don't want people to complain about water on the floor, don't put water all over our lobby. Also don't be so sensitive, just do your job.
